Return & Refund Policy

At Naaz Fashion, we want you to love your everyday wear as much as we love creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards or promotional freebies.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Unboxing Video Required)

We perform strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To process a claim for a damaged or missing item, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package being opened.
  • Please email the video and your order number to support@naazfashion.in. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you have an issue with the size or fit, or simply want to return the item:

  1. Email us at support@naazfashion.in or WhatsApp us at +91 0987654321 with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.
  3. Please note: A nominal reverse shipping fee of [e.g., ₹100] will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover logistics costs. Alternatively, you can self-ship the item to our warehouse at your own expense.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account after we have processed the refund.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your provided bank account via NEFT/IMPS. We will request your bank details securely over email. (We do not refund in cash).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the exact same product (subject to stock availability). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@naazfashion.in.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@naazfashion.in.
